As a contract UI/UX Designer at VisitNSW.com (NSW Government), my focus lay in redesigning key elements and fostering cross-team collaboration. Conducting UI/UX audits on 2000 pages across visitnsw.com to verify UI and UX consistency.
The challenge
The goals were to:
1. Improving the user experience on specific widgets, such as the filter for the home page and accommodation.
2. Designing and aligning the headers to promote key activities for NSW, in line with the NSW branding.
